Every real estate agent knows that a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) is a good prospect for a sales call. The problem is keeping track of their ad information; how many times it has been advertised, descriptions used, etc.

I offer a service to real estate agents in the Seattle metro area wherein I comb through all the local publications and supply FSBO contact information. The way I keep track of all this is by using AZZ Cardfile.

Usually the only constant in a FSBO ad is their phone number so that is what I use as my key field. Then each time I update the card I insert the new information above the older, this gives me a chronological order to the record.

The software needed to open this file, Azz Cardfile, is shareware. You are welcome to try it out - downloadable version is fully functional.

2. Decompress (unzip) FILE.ZIP - will result in FILE.AZZ . Open this FILE.AZZ in AZZ Cardfile program.
